System Image Backup Fails In Windows 10 - Why? - Microsoft Community

i experienced crash, after wiping partition , re-installing windows 10, thought should start scheduling system image backups (using , restore (windows 7) control panel).

i've configured save backups partition on same device.

whenever backup started (manually, or scheduled), backup fails, , following errors can found in events log (as separate events):

event/error 1:

the backup not successful. error is: specified backup storage location has shadow copy storage on volume. (0x80780038).

event/error 2:

the driver detected controller error on \device\ide\ideport2.

event/error 3:

cryptographic services failed while processing onidentity() call in system writer object.

details:
addlegacydriverfiles: unable image of binary microsoft link-layer discovery protocol.

system error:
access denied.
.

while error messages may not appear related, of them appear time backup process is run, seems clear triggered backup process.

has ever seen before or understand how resolve it?
