Itunes 45075 Error - Microsoft Community

hi. have gotten new laptop windows 10. downloaded itunes , installed it. when start itunes, 45075 error stating installation missing part of installation.

i have tried following:

- restart computer

- repair installed software

- down load new verison, uninstall , reinstall software

nothing has worked yet fix this. did notice bonjour not installed on computer when looked @ apple programs. couldn't find downloadable version of it. 

can resolve this? feel bug on installation package, not sure.
