Windows Explorer Not Working - Microsoft Community

windows explorer not run when start computer, , when try open manually through task manager, nothing happens. started when having problem explorer (not sure if it's been resolved or not..), whenever right clicked file, explorer restart. else similar problem made post --

and 1 of suggestions download registry file , import it. when did this, windows explorer crashed , desktop , task bar disappeared. nothing else seems have been affected this.
