Windows 8.1 - BSOD - Microsoft Community

so, rushing 1 morning & shut pc down held power button (bonehead move don't stuff that!). when returned had blue screen of death. know have several restore points it's saying have logged in administrator that. problem never set live alone , built pc there wasn't need set (so thought). there anyway log in still use 1 of my restore points? tried dell windows 8.1 recovery cd didn't work. please help!
