Store does't work and gives error. - Microsoft Community

whenever i launch the store app it never loads and gives error codes and there is an option to send feedback from feedback hub. the feedback hub says me to sign in and that sign in button is clickable and when i click it that doesn't work either.

to better understand issue, ask additional information:

• what error codes received?
• can send screenshot?

in meantime, suggest resetting windows store app eliminate issues encounter it. here steps on how reset it:

1. click cortana or search box.
2. type in wsreset.exe, then click enter.
   
3. the store app , command prompt open without message , automatically closes when process done.
4. restart computer , try opening windows store app again.
