Server 2016 Essentials edition - Microsoft Community

i hope can me out this, have searched internet couldn't find answers.

basically looking install windows server 2016 essentials edition small office of 6 workstations , network printer. way want set have 1 pc running server 2016 essentials edition domain controller , pc server 2016 essentials edition running file server. possible version of server. know achieved server 2016 standard requires cal's , per core licencing.

if above not possible licensing point of view, it ok run single server server 2016 essentials edition installed running domain controller , file server.
