i trying learn protocol called "mafia_protocol". know of protocol , origins or it?

it in of outlook emails "view source" details. have not heard of before. search www information , found 1 link russian mafia. leaves me more curious.

i posted question within microsoft support / learn website , have not received thing other me go ask outlook community. did , still no answers @ all. there are reasons need know , not bother here except important me know it.

even simple question of, else see within email source code, helpful?
