PC broken in many ways. The list of these problems below. - Microsoft Community

my specs:

core i3 4130

asus z87-k motherboard

asus nvidia geforce gtx 1050ti

a 5400 rpm 60mb cache hdd

750w psu

8gb ddr3 ram 

win 7

the list of problems:

.many bsods. include memory_management, critical error, , many of them didnt specify, or cannot remember. 

.controllers/racing wheels not install. not detected, after driver install. went device manager , found drivers listed, when clicked troubleshoot said hadn't installed intel management engine interface, leads me next problem

.cannot install imei- running asus driver disk, not install. have installed chipset driver. 

.and big thing:

games not work anymore. gta v crashes after reopening game, ark cannot go past title screen, whereas crew won't open. 

.strange startups: bsods, lots of restarts, random system checks.

.things have done:

.chkdsk

.sfc scans

.diagnostics(memory, cpu, gpu , asus' pc diagnostics program, along stress testing

.a complete system wipe , reinstall.

.bought new hdd

.verifying steam files games
