have been running laptop on windows 7 pro acting up. have recent backup using acronis true image 2017. if buy new laptop running on windows 10, , complete pc reload acronis backup, take operating system windows 7 pro , lose win 10 system. suggestions?
are saying want new laptop windows 7 pro. can use image if wish, on new laptop there no guarantee work new laptop may require device drivers windows 7 doesn't have. (and bios may different original one) , windows 7 licence may not transferable.
if new laptop has windows 10 won't lose licence windows 10 , can install windows 10 on laptop again long use same edition. (home, pro, single language) if asked key select skip.
use media creation tool create windows 10 install media.
