trying use edge access internet on wifi. connection ok; update 16299.125 16299.15 ran fine. if start edge task bar entering amazon.com, edge no visible action. if type amazon.com cortana similar screen except there circle of moving dots in box marked start. 

problem not edge, attempt expand error messages gets sort of cannot connect return.

i've tried dism , various netsh commands - showed no errors , ran completion. sfc /scannow found no errors. 

my tp-link 11ac adapter flashing.

local security authority processor runs using 4-5 % cpu. on computer running 1709 different bittedness, don't see using cpu. 

the computer i'm working on dell inspiron 6400 32 bit intel processor. running windows 10 1709 build 16299.15.

• aside microsoft edge, other browsers have tried far?
• can tell exact error message, if there's any?
