I have an error on my usb - Microsoft Community

i got message "the file name, directory name, or volume label incorrect" while opening file in usb ,also file names not in english in weird  symbols ,not sure if it's language ,and file showed full didn't fill ,and when try delete file or format usb message appears saying it's write protected.

note : using usb in readyboost on windows 7.

please if have solution glade if tell me it. , thanks
