 what free app can download to  convert windows 8.1 movie maker movie  saves an mp4 so it plays on tv using dvd player or blue ray player?  movie video consists of photographs, captions, music , animations.  format movie maker saves mp4.  mp4 play on jump drive thru usb port of tv not dvd thru dvd player or blue ray player either one.  need play dvd thru dvd player onto tv.  free app can download convert mp4 play on dvd player thru tv???
