Hi, Asus x200ca win 8.1 .. F-2 menu - Microsoft Community

hi, ok asus windows 8.1 okay start push f2 button , in settings menu. none of options in of menus highlighted. means can't access of options change ,add,delete anything. noticed user password it's highlighted delete password don't have use password computer figure if can delete administrator password that's in f2 menu i'll able access options in boot menu problem adminstrator password not highlighted .  don't know how administrator password in f2  menu change or delete. if go control panel in windows 8.1  where acct adminstrator there,  is same password that's in f2 menu , can change control panel user account ? if not how delete or gain access setup menu password without having reinstall factory?  like me out there has figured out?    why microsoft advise these passwords. security, 1 wrong click or updates not keeping diff viruses , try ask support techs & bout how $$ have. jeez louise, computers , accessories cost enough. how of profit 1 company need   million % profit.   can me outta mess? please, not rich bewildered. thanx

• are trying access uefi or advanced options?
• can send screenshot of seeing?
• are options not clickable or grayed out?
• why did access "settings menu"?
