Windows 10 Anniversary Update stuck at configuring 65%, dont turn - Microsoft Community

ive tried update countless times. computer tries update during night, every night, , fails every morning. has happened literally countless times. have no idea work. forums have said wait out... ive tried. waited on 24 hours once , still stuck @ 65%. please me out. use xbox functionality able play cross platform games.

i had similar issue.

what can is-

1. press win + r key.
2. type - "services.msc" without quotes.
3. locate windows update service.
4. right click on , either click stop , click on start. or select restart.
5. wait restart , check media creation tool window stuck on checking updates.

if gets stuck @ checking updates, said(if required, several times).

it worked me , work too.
