Win 10 Upgrade from Win 7 running fine, then one day stuck in a loop - Microsoft Community

i stuck in endless loop!  when boot see win10 logo , preparing automatic repair starts.  goes black screen cursor.  can see nothing. have tried connect monitor using hdmi cable tv, nothing!  have tried booting win 10 recovery boot usb, nothing...  when use bootable method goes win 10 logo , black screen cursor.  can change boot sequence when pressing f12 upon startup.  cannot use f8 upon startup access safe mode.  don't know else try.  seems monitor on laptop working since can see logo , cursor , commands when press f12.  stymied....  can assist?

hi there several ways recover w10 os . first place start advanced startup mode. if doesn't work, may have use media creation tool.
