Surface Keyboards Not Working - Microsoft Community
both my keyboards not work on surface 2. have type cover 2 , touch cover , type cover 2 lights when comnected keys , touchpad dont work. i have tried tips , have reset surface using recovery usb still doesnt work. when go device manager, there errors on i2c hid device (error code 10 - request the hid descriptor failed). have tried uninstalling , reinstalling , resetting none of works. can me resolve issue?
