solution for An unhandled exception of type - Microsoft Community

i have program.cs, form1.cs , form1.designer.cs, when run receiving error:

an unhandled exception of type 'system.resources.missingmanifestresourceexception' occurred in mscorlib.dll

additional information: not find resources appropriate specified culture or neutral culture.  make sure "caccmangui.form1.resources" correctly embedded or linked assembly "maxplsize" @ compile time, or satellite assemblies required loadable , signed.

i checked online, yet none of offered solutions applicable. don't have any form1.resx in solution explorer.
