cant refresh or reset my hp 15 notebook pc - Microsoft Community

i m having

hp 15-g004au notebook pc windows 8.1 single languqage pc

unfortunately cant refresh or reset pc factory settings . m trying last few months , have searched many websites found nothing.

i tried rename software hive told cd %windir%\system32\config

and ren software software.001 using command prompt admin

but says system cannot perform required action because files in use in other operation.

plz me sir . want reset computer anyhow

in first screen of simple wizard, need choose following:

language. english – en-us if you're in united states.

edition. windows 8.1 (core), windows 8.1 n, windows 8.1 pro, windows 8.1 pro n, or windows 8.1 single language.

architecture. 64-bit (x64 ) or 32-bit (x86).
