need assistance understand exact cause of windows cluster issue:-

os of server windows server 2008 enterprise.

cluster log:-

00001958.000019b0::2017/02/10-18:38:04.000 err   [rhs] resource sap xxxfileserver handling deadlock. cleaning current operation , terminating rhs process.

000013c4.00003190::2017/02/10-18:38:04.000 warn  [rcm] rcm::rcmresource::handlemonitorreply: resource 'sap xxxfileserver' has crashed or deadlocked; marking run in separate monitor.
