Windows can't be installed on Toshiba tablet drive - Microsoft Community

i've bought toshiba encore tablet 2,5 years ago windows 8.1.
half year ago i've upgraded windows 10 , worked fine.
after 1 of windows 10 update lost sound. tried remove sound drivers , let windows update automatically.
couldn't solve problem in way. tablet couldn't started anymore.
pc, made bootable usb tablet, using windows 10 media creation tool.

after followed procedure decribed bellow:

1. put windows 10 bootable usb usb slot of toshiba encore tablet, , start setup procedure.

2. windows 10 setup window appears , enter lenguage , other preferences.
   (i have 1 usb port. touch screen doesn't function momemnt have remove usb stick , connect mouse).

3. click install, remove mouse , connect bootable usb , message setup starting

4. accepted license terms, , press next

5. choose custom: install windows (advanced)and following window.

at bottom of window says: couldn't install windows in location chose. 
please check media drive. here's more info happened: 0x80300001.

whatever tried stuck in position.
have tried enable , disable secure boot in bios setup stuck in same point.
have hdd samsung mbg4c 32 gb, system bios version 1.60 , ec version 1.20.

delete partitions in window until there single unallocated drive.

select unallocated drive,  click new, click next begin installation:
