Windows 10 Store - Microsoft Community

hey there, 

i bought new asus flip touchsreen laptop us, in australia. when arrived came windows 10 (it supposed to) including store , rest of it, store won't open , yes i've tried "fixes" out there. including powershell, i'm not sure if doing right. store won't open, when click it, goes darker shade, apps camera , netflix came pre-installed. it's annoying , think may because of loctaion, right can access internet , minor apps , that's not ideal

also cortana won't set right, keeps saying how need change language 1 speaks, speaks english? 

please help!!

1. were there changes made computer prior issue?
2. have tried changing computer's time zone?
3. how signed in computer? using microsoft account or local account?
4. if using microsoft account, have checked if have correct timezone under profile information?
