Windows 10 Media Creation Tool error code 0x80070003 - 0x90016

i trying create bootable windows 10 installer on external usb hard drive , tool crashes choose drive tell begin.

i administrator on machine , in fact user.

i have tried disabling, , literally uninstalling antivirus.

i have tried creating iso using tool , same error.

i have tried using tool update current version of windows 10 , still same error.

what can do?

delete copy of media creation tool downloaded, download fresh copy.

what type of internet connection on, wireless or wired? if on wireless connection, try switching wired connection , attempt download.

press windows key + x

click command prompt (admin)

at command prompt, enter following command, hit enter

ipconfig/release

then

ipconfig/renew

then

ipconfig/flushdns

exit command prompt

press windows key + r, type: %temp%

hit enter

delete contents of temp folder

restart system , try downloading again.

if problem persist, try resetting router if connected one.

power down router, disconnect it, wait 10 mins

reconnect it, power again

reconnect ethernet cable

try downloading again
