i have 2 dell laptops, older xps , new inspiron 15 5000 series, both exhibit black screen spinning dots.  what both share in common kb 4022405 installed on 6/18.

i able boot safe mode on both machines.

my desktops boot fine.

is there workarounds available besides complete reinstall?

andre, reply.   had read others messages had similar issues.  most replies revolved around usb issues or video issues.   not utilizing usb, uninstalled video drivers , low , behold, i'm in action, on both laptops!

who think both laptops resolved same fix?

anyway, again quick reply.
