Windows Update power outage Now it fails to start - Microsoft Community

windows 10  pro 32 bit update malicious software check, adobe flash update , window cumulative update 1607. when update indicated 100% complete not completed lost power.  when booted after power out started. have black screen mouse indicator. can turn on narrator using keyboard.  can not desktop , none of other keyboard commands work. have booted , returned restore point before update. every things works fine restore point. automatically goes update mode , same thing happens. installs update, reboots, completes install @ 100% , hangs 24 hours. push reset button , non boot state.  when in restored state can view update log , says updates have been installed. windows update starts , runs them anyway. great appreciated!!!

to further identify cause of issue, please provide updates have been installed including kb numbers. also, clarify, receiving same updates repeatedly?
