Windows update failing - Microsoft Community

i have not received updates ran troubleshooter.  i have insider edition of windows 10. update 1703 keeps failing update. have done troubleshooter says , still had no luck.  will need reinstall whole windows system?

i running on pc  microsoft windows home 64 build 15063.296.

3.  current build.  go settings, system. about. os build xxxxxx.xxx

4.  happening on computer,  boot, screen, app, etc
