Windows 10 Shortcuts getting invalid

hey!

so have problem shortcuts on desktop getting invalid (pointing @ self). didn't happen once (mostly after restart) , 1 or 2 @ time.

sometimes it's fixable restarting explorer.exe (wrote myself .bat) not.

it gets annoying when steam shortcut not working or try start program , have type start launch it.

hope has fix it. didn't found google.
