When I download a file of photos then try to view them, I am unable to - Microsoft Community

trying download photos photographer sent me , when do, download in microsoft word. download , go view them , takes me microsoft word , found "unreadable content" , pop "found problems content" has happened once before other photos , wasn't sure never tried fix it. how file not download in microsoft word? , why wanting download there? please before photos expire , can no longer download them!

based on description, seems default photo viewer set word application. change default settings, follow steps below:

1. go settings.
2. click system.
3. choose default apps.
4. change application want use in photo viewer.
