cannot update whatsapp..it says somethin went wrong

• we'd request screen capture of error message getting when updating application. if you using windows, may use snipping tool sending screen capture. learn how, click here.
• did make changes device before experiencing issue? if yes, tell more it.
• what's make , model of device? if using desktop, recommend performing windows application troubleshooter. learn how, kindly check link. it's applicable windows version.
  
• what troubleshooting steps have tried far?

there's possibility operating system needs updated, of applications not getting update if operating system version not up-to-date.
