Recover Deleted files - Microsoft Community

hello,

if i've deleted word file laptop , made empty recycle bin. need recover file back.

is there method via windows 7 to recover file again?

let's assume kept file in c:\users\hossam\documents\holidays.

1. use windows exporer navigate c:\users\hossam\documents.
2. save whole holidays folder in safe place.
3. right-click holidays, left-click restore previous version.
4. follow prompts.

note these points:

• emptying recycle bin makes no sense @ all. doing not speed machine deprives of option of restoring deleted file.
• you not appear have robust backup process. violates basic rule important files must @ times stored on 2 independent media.
