i  have purchased zebronic colt 3 headphone mic not working in laptop.

how can fix mic?

• does other mics or audio recording devices work on computer?
• does mic on headphone function when used on different computer or device?

while on it, recommend run troubleshooter recording audio on computer.

it best if can communicate device manufacturer further assistance.
