I can't access the Microsoft apps store from my Windows 10 - Microsoft Community

i can't access microsoft apps store windows 10 computer. getting error code 0x80131505

i ran apps diagnostic tool , said there problem apps store cache, did not fix it.  how fix cache?  how overcome error code 0x80131505?

the error code 0x80131505 occur due damaged registry files, malware infection, or corrupted data. since mentioned running apps diagnostic tool giving message there problem apps store cache, suggest clear , reset windows store cache. that, follow these steps:

1. type cmd in search box, select command prompt.
2. type: wsreset.exe
3. allow process complete, restart computer.
