build 1703 windows update broken - Microsoft Community

when click on "check updates", checks , gives red message "your device @ risk....select button"  button "check updates" button.  if click again, same thing happens.

i had metered connection on, i've turned off.  no change.

the last update have kb4020102 on 6/5/2017.  removing update situation?

both 1703 installations have problem.  1607 installations work okay.
