MF.DLL missing from your computer - Microsoft Community

open progarm on lattop, gives me fed of program can't start because mf.dll missing computer,

try reinstalling progarm fix progarm

how can sofl or fix this.

this issue you're having right might possible cause of corrupted or missing files. we suggest use system file checker tool scan system files , repair missing or corrupted system files. sfc/scannow command (system file check) scans integrity of protected operating system files , replaces incorrect, corrupted, changed or damaged versions correct versions possible. may refer this link for more information.  
   
if issue persists after using system file checker tool, please follow steps below run dism tool: 

• press windows key + x , select command prompt (admin). 

• in administrator: command prompt window, enter following commands (press enter key after each command): 

dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth    
   

dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth 

• to close administrator: command prompt window, type exit, , press enter. 

• restart machine.
