I have joined Bing Rewards and lost ability to open IE tabs from other - Microsoft Community

now have opted out of bing rewards , lost points, ie11 on windows 8.1 still not showing tabs pull-down menu @ bottom of ie new page.

how heck reset account settings have tabs other devices re-appear?
