i can't get run as administrator to appear - Microsoft Community

hi, in windows 7 professional in administrator account , can't run administrator come when right click on folder in windows explorer.  can please help.

it's not going offer run administrator on folder, application executable file (.exe).

hope helps. feel free ask questions , let know how goes.  i'll keep working until it's resolved.
