Exchange 2013 Replication service crashing when adding DB copy - Microsoft Community

hello all,

i have installed new 4 exchange 2013 cu15 servers on windows 2012 r2 , servers joined 1 dag

i created 6 db on each server , when try create copy databases server copy done 1 server , other 2 servers microsoft exchange replication service crash on target server , keep restarting event id 7031 appears in event log "the microsoft exchange replication service terminated unexpectedly. has done 1 time(s). following corrective action taken in 5000 milliseconds: restart service."

when remove db copy service running normally.

i tried restart exchange services , reboot server , still same error

i tried clear event log in following location:  applications , services logs / microsoft / exchange / mailboxdatabasefailureitems / operational

wevtutil.exe cl “microsoft-exchange-mailboxdatabasefailureitems/operational”    still same error

also removed exchange 1 server , reinstall same error
