2017-05 cumulative update windows 10 version 1703 x64-based systems (kb4020102) failed install. i tried running windows update troubleshooter didn't help.

does rollback after reboot?

use following tutorial  reset windows updates , check if helps:

reset windows updates

make sure run script administrator.
