hi there! microsoft won't upgrade totally corrupted computer. here's deal. ms has offered free upgrade windows 10; you're going have clean pc before upgrade down load on machine. can rant want, until make effort clean pc, update fail.

my friend andre da costa has created list you. if don't want take time , effort these things, recommend clean install.  here's links created friend.

that's 100% false...of pcs run @ our auto-repair shop,all 12 upgraded win 10 w/o

any user assistance..from win 7 or win 8.1  upgraded themselves,since upgrade,not 1 has had

any problems....

also,for manual os upgrade,one needs win 10 installation cd,once obtained,boot pc bios,

install win 10 cd,set win 10cd 1st boot priority (dvd) set hd  c:  second,save , exit bios.the

os cd runs auto,delete partition/create/format/the os installs itself..plus unplug mouse , keyboard,

replug after win 10 & running.this clean install

recently i'm having problems fresh installation of windows 10 pro (3 day ago) win 7 pro key, dont have problems license, , system date, latest drivres versions of programs, said, it's fresh install (the previous installation reason started throwing bsod every time logged in account (by way use local accounts, if thats important problem))  so case is 1.- boot pc 2.- log in 3.- pc usable @ maximum of 1 minute, , open task manager(ctrl+shift+esc)(meanwhile spotify , steam opens , open on boot programs) 4.- pc frozen or unusable (the mouse struggles move , reacts 3 seconds later) 5.- in task manager "client license platform migration tool"(clipup.exe) has 100% of cpu (all 8 cores) "solution" a: try interact task manager , close god damn program , voila can use pc "solution" b: wait 15 20 minutes until program stops running , can use pc i found people "fixed" deleting program tried , cant delet
