firest off since downloaded microsoft 10 no longer able burn cds. have seen , done many things remedy can't figure out. please me figure out?

second cannot download itunes. went , tried download few suppose specific windows 10 , "old card" neither worked. have had nothing trouble windows 10 , can't enjoy computer.

1) me able burn cds again

2) me download itunes

method 1:

suggest run hardware , troubleshooter check if basic hardware settings set correctly.

a) press windows key on keyboard.

b) type troubleshooter in search box and press enter.

c) select hardware , sound from troubleshooter window.

d) select hardware , devices.

method 2:

if issue persists, suggest uninstall , re-install cd/dvd rom drivers , check if helps.

a) press windows key + r,type devmgmt.msc

b) expand the dvd/cd-rom drivers, right-click on drivers.

c) click on uninstall. 

note: restart computer , windows install driver automatically.

method 3:

1) press windows key + x , select command prompt(admin)

2) then, @ command prompt type following ( can copy , paste) , press "enter":

reg.exe add "hklm\system\currentcontrolset\services\atapi\controller0" /f /v enumdevice1 /t reg_dword /d 0x00000001

3) restart computer.
