my win 10 not updating. understanding should run dism iso image of exact build of win 10 installed on pc (14393.693), not know find iso file.

can please this?

to isolate concern on why can't download windows updates, kindly answer following questions:

  • is there error messages receiving?
  • are doing manual download of windows update?
