Cortana has disappeared entirely - Microsoft Community

having issue cortana seems have disappeared machine. microphone icon gone, search bar features don't work, , settings pertaining cortana gone. know have caused it? thanks.

please try powershell command register configuration files:

start > type powershell > right click on powershell > select run administrator

type or copy/paste command window , press enter

get-appxpackage | foreach {add-appxpackage -disabledevelopmentmode -register "$($_.installlocation)\appxmanifest.xml"}

if issue still persists, please check issue in new user account.

if issue not persisted in new user account, try repair corrupted user account. (steps ok windows 10)
