ASUS AI Suite will not install - Microsoft Community

my os windows 10 pro. motherboard asus m5a78lm usb3

i have downloaded asus ai suite ii , iii, both not install. clicking setup in root folder brings message "do want run program", after clicking yes, nothing happens. end of story. can wrong, solution?
