Access is denied: Start Service Remotely - Microsoft Community

we working on automation stuff installed cygwin on our windows server 2016 &  use ssh key access  server.gitbash client using client .system access have copied file folder on respective server not able start , stop service when trying start , stop service it's giving following error:

system error 5 has occurred

access denied.

sigint 2112 failed - killing fallback
