Windows Shop stops downloading halfway through if it even gets that - Microsoft Community

trying download movie payed on windows shop , wont download. gets 10% , download stops, if pause minute or 2 start again same thing. suggestions?

to start troubleshooting issue downloading in windows store, suggest try following methods:

method 1:
install uninstalled updates windows. go to  settings > update & security > check updates.

method 2:

1. check connection problems.
2. check if signed in microsoft account.
3. check date , time settings.
4. go settings > time & language.
   

method 3: reset store cache.

1. press windows + r keys open run command box.
2. type wsreset, try launching store , sign in.

method 4: windows store powershell command.

1. click start, type powershell.
2. right-click powershell, , click run administrator.
3. if user account control dialog box appears, confirm action displays want, , click continue.
4. copy , paste or type command powershell -executionpolicy unrestricted add-appxpackage -disabledevelopmentmode -register $env:systemroot\winstore\appxmanifest.xml and hit enter fix windows store.
5. reboot computer take effect changes.
