Windows 10 stuck at lock screen, no login prompt, mouse, keyboard and - Microsoft Community

i have irulu spiritbook s1l started using few days ago.  it worked fine until today.  i can turn on , starts windows when lockscreen there nothing can do.  the keyboard doesn't respond, touchpad not work, usb ports don't seem work.  i have tried hooking both usb keyboard , usb mouse neither worked, though backlighting on both came on.  there 2 usb ports on laptop , tried plugging each of them each of usb ports no response.  i don't know else try.  i can't use recovery usb since usb ports aren't working , cannot on lock screen.  i have tried restarting many many times.   every few times recovery screen comes options see advanced repair options or restart again can nothing since keyboard/mouse/usb not work.

your unsatisfactory happened noted. regarding concern, without main peripheral devices working in startup settings, impossible anything. here, may suggest consult manufacturer in order gain more assistance. personal approach unit best action.

once unit in condition, please bare system has kept updated, , backups in place.
