windows 10 store is stuck at " starting download " - Microsoft Community

hi name aman kumar. have problem microsoft store when download thing store. when click on showing " starting download " , app not download problem irritating me 2 days .  please send solution on *** email address removed privacy *** . please reply please.

to isolate concern, we'd know following information:

• what specific application trying download?
• were there changes made on pc prior this?
• do have stable internet connection?
• are getting error messages?

for possible resolution, might want try these methods:

 
method 1: run the  windows apps troubleshooter.

method 2:  reset windows store cache. here's how:

1. press windows logo key + r. 
2. type wsreset.exe in run command box, , press enter.
