Where is settings for Windows email? - Microsoft Community

i need adjust settings in windows 7 email. keeps adding addresses when send email. don't want these addresses. when go address book delete them, not in address book. in list sent new email. can get.

i presume asking windows live mail....

click in top left corner on tiny downward pointing arrow: 

choose options, mail

click on send tab

uncheck "automatically....."

all of options wlm there.

there options in accounts section.
