When I boot my pc with USB plugged it doesn't boot - Microsoft Community

hello, got problem, when start pc mouse plugged, pc starts black screen , underscore/underline on top left on screen. 

and if disconnect mouse before booting black screen underscore still appear 5 seconds , windows starts normally. runs more slow , got fps issues on games (all games before run 60fps)

i got windows 8.1, got bios updated, , pc hp pavillion dv7

there quite number possible reasons why issue happens pc , probable cause in driver incompatibility on pc. assist issue, kindly answer each of these following questions:

  • have made hardware or software changes pc prior issue?
  • do have installed anti-virus software on pc?
  • did receive error message upon encountering black screen issue?
  • is windows up-to-date?
