Start up repair - Microsoft Community

moved laptop 1 room , not allow me hit "send" on email. thought maybe bumped key or restarted it. spun on ms windows screen. waited nothing did hard reset , tried again. asked me repair hit repair. has been spinning on window screen again hour. not sure expect- keep letting spin?

let's boot windows using recovery tool. have installation disc or bootable usb? if don't have one, may refer this article on how create system repair disc. choose the startup repair or system restore as recovery option.
