inbuilt camera on my toshiba laptop doesn`t work.. - Microsoft Community

oops..guess should write here...built in laptop camera does`t work , message "runtime error" c:\windows\system32\logon.exe. programthe runtime terminate in unusual way.please contact applications support team further info.    appreciate solution cannot use skype etc...thanking kindly..mchael fink...

• when did start encountering issue?
  
• are encountering issue when accessing skype application?
  
• have tried accessing other applications require camera? if so, getting same error?

meanwhile, resolve concern, suggest run hardware , devices troubleshooter. follow these steps:

1. on start menu, type troubleshooting , hit enter.
   
2. choose hardware , sound.
   
3. select , run hardware , devices troubleshooter.
